Sterling Athletics and Coach Hayford’s relationship started while he was at NCAA Division III power Whitworth University. Coach Hayford has been loyal to Sterling for many years and is a huge endorser of the Status Comp game basketball. Coach Hayford is one of the hottest commodities in the game of basketball due to his perennial success at Whitworth. Hayford, who accepted the Eastern Washington head coaching job following a successful 10-year run at Whitworth, accumulated a .751 winning percentage and won five Northwest Conference Division III Championships.

  • Coached the Whitworth Pirates to eight 20-win seasons
